Any unit reserved via Internet and not occupied may receive full refund less any administrative fee(s) within 7 days of reservation/rental. All refunds must be requested in writing and/or via Customer Service.
- When moving out (terminating rental agreement) of a unit, we do not refund rent or fees.
- On merchandise purchases, only defective merchandise will be replaced. NO refunds.
